Hi, I’m Ashten! I’m the founder of Circle Time Stories and a children’s author.

I write picture books grounded in everyday childhood, pulled from the ordinary moments that actually stay with you.

When I’m not writing stories, I’m usually on the floor reading them with my two kids, Jacob and Eleanor: the real inspirations behind so many of my stories.

I’m an elder millennial, a boy-band enthusiast (*NSYNC forever), a Love Island UK fan, and I have an overflowing coffee mug cabinet.

I live in Ventura, California, with my husband, Kyle, and our children.
